PRINCIPAL : Shayne Lowe

As a qualified teacher, Shayne was a music specialist teacher and established her own vocal studio 15 years ago. She has been a passionate performer, vocal instructor and director for over 25 years.

Since beginning her theatre journey with the GSODA Junior Players some years ago… creating, singing and performing has continued to be an integral part of Shayne’s world.

While living in Tasmania, Shayne (alongside numerous on-stage adventures) took on many roles working in Production Teams to bring some fantastic shows to the stage.  These included being Vocal Director for Slice of Saturday Night, All Shook Up and The Addams Family with Devonport Choral Society and Director for Stiff with Devonport Repertory Society.  She also established her own production company “Do It With Pizazz” and, directed a travelling production of Scream Queens as well as annual variety shows, often featuring students from her vocal tuition and performance groups.

Since her recent return to Geelong, Shayne performed as Ms Fleming in “Heathers-The Musical” for GSODA Inc and Mama Morton in “Chicago” with TOTD as well as donning a pair of “Kinky Boots” in her role as Trish for GSODA Inc. She also returned to the Junior Players as Vocal Director for Shrek-The Musical, Hercules-The Panto! and the Radio Play of “The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe”.
